Mr. R.Baskran Raman Nair, M. Ed. (Management); B.A; Dip. Ed. has 35 years of experience as an educator and trainer. His areas of interest include personnel management, language management and communicative English. He has been a Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Approved Trainer since 2011 and he was accepted as a HRDF Training Provider in year 2020. He has hands on experience coordinating the Brighton Education English Speaking Assistants (ESA), involving native speakers from United Kingdom. He is responsible for improving the productivity of your organization’s employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
